& Returns Policy

Orders are typically fulfilled within 72 hours, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. If there’s any issue with Your order, Our team will typically reach out within 24 hours of confirmation. On rare occasions, it is possible that We may need additional time to secure Your Product, and Our team will ensure to reach out via email to confirm timeline and shipping.
That said, fulfillment does not include shipping time. We can only provide an estimated shipping time after courier pickup or dropoff, based on Your shipping service selection.
We ship exclusively with USPS and offer their Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, and First-Class Mail services. To learn more, please visit the USPS’s mail & shipping services page.
Refused Shipments
Please note, if You decide to refuse shipment of your order from Botanica 7 Says, You are responsible for the initial shipping charges to You, including any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that might be incurred by the package during its transit. Once We’ve received the package, We’ll process your merchandise refund, minus the original cost of shipping & any incurred cost of return.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for additional customs, taxes, or fees associated with their country of destination. Please note, we have no control over international couriers or custom policies. Additionally, shipping times can vary greatly depending on customs.
Unfortunately, due to shipping restrictions, certain items are not eligible for international shipping.
Lastly, international orders are not eligible for “Return To Sender” and attempts to do so will be considered abandoned. This will also be the case for any unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Conditions For Returns
In order for your products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Products were purchased in the last 7 days
The Products are in the original packaging
The following Products cannot be returned:
Any custom ordered Product that was made to Your specifications or that was personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Products
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for the Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received returned delivery.
