Do you have a physical location?

Unfortunately, no, we do not have a physical location. We are a fully digital botanica, offering all of the standard products, services, and more. You can learn more about us by reading our about page.

What is your policy for shipments?

We invite you to read and review our shipping and returns policy. If you have any questions about purchasing any of products or placing a custom order, please feel free to contact us.

Do you accept returns?

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

Can I request a Spiritual Consultation?

Yes, our staff and advisors are trained and experienced in many spiritual disciplines. Traditionally, our team would offer in-person consultations, but due to the global pandemic, we’ve transitioned these services to digital channels (phone, Zoom, Google, Messenger, or Skype) only.
